Returns Policy

Lampsavers should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Good incorrectly supplied by Lampsavers or damaged upon delivery
Lampsavers will assess the value of the product(s) concerned and decide if the value warrants being collected. For example - goods below £25 are not worth returning and will be replaced free of charge. Lampsavers will arrange for a collection of goods with a value over £25 at our cost.

Goods incorrectly ordered by the customer
Lampsavers will assess the value of the products concerned and decide if the value of the product(s) warrants being collected. For example - goods valued below £25 are not worth returning. For goods valued over £25, Lampsavers will arrange collection and apply the carriage costs (normally £7.85)
